What is holiness?
To be holy is to be filled with His Love.
Now, we must free ourselves so that we can be filled.
That's what all the books and devotions are about.

This is my daily struggle...to put aside self and allow myself to be replaced with Christ's love.
I think this is everyone's struggle really - we keep trying to elbow ourselves out of the way, but here we are, larger than life!
But our desire to open ourselves to His love, to let His love fill every part of our lives, allows Him to enter. Everything we open to Him, He fills. The more of us He fills, the less of ourselves we want to close off from Him, and we beg Him to help us to open ourselves completely.
And He will, in His own perfect time. He pours His life into us gently, or we could not bear it.
